PROJECT DESCRIPTIONThe Capital One Café program redefines the relationship between banking and community engagement by merging a financial center with a welcoming, hospitality-inspired café experience. The design invites visitors to connect, recharge, or work in a relaxed setting that blends banking services, hospitality, and coworking culture.
Each café offers craft coffee and fresh food, a fully functional banking area, and comfortable seating zones that promote collaboration and social interaction. Guests can book workspaces, attend community events, or participate in workshops focused on financial well-being and personal growth.
I led the design and project management for several Capital One Café locations, overseeing design development, construction documentation, and construction administration. My responsibilities included space planning, 3D visualization, custom millwork detailing, furniture layouts, and permit coordination, as well as the complete development of construction drawing sets in Revit. I also managed construction administration through Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project, responding to RFIs and ensuring that each location upheld the brand’s signature balance of hospitality, accessibility, and modern financial service design.
