PROJECT DESCRIPTIONThe Metropolitan Residences redefine luxury living in Sao Paulo with an architectural concept based on exclusivity and privacy: each floor is dedicated to a single apartment, offering residents the comfort of a home with the sophistication of high-rise living. The spacious units, available in layouts of up to four bedrooms, are designed to maximize natural light and foster a strong connection with the surrounding city through expansive verandas that blur the line between indoor and outdoor living.
Complementing the residences, a curated selection of amenities where carefully designed. A resort-style pool anchors the landscaped leisure areas, while a dedicated park and green spaces introduce a sense of calm into the urban fabric. Social life is enhanced by a gourmet lounge and open-air barbecue pavilions, conceived as extensions of the private apartments for gatherings and entertainment.
Wellness and recreation are central to the design: residents enjoy a fully equipped fitness center, multipurpose sports courts, and exclusive tennis and squash facilities.
